    The Team

    Publisher Client Services (PCS) is account management on the publisher side of the digital ecosystem that has a direct impact on revenue for Triplelift. Daily team responsibilities include; working with Operations team to launch new inventory, monitoring performance, growing revenue, working with Yield team to uncover and implement optimizations, managing and growing the day to day relationships with our publishers.

    The Role

    Part of a pod reporting into a Director with formal mentorship from an Associate Director; Owns all facets of the account management process for medium to large Tier 1 & 2 accounts and works with AD and Director on developing relationships (internally and externally).

    This person will be pivotal in building our relationships and managing the day to day functions with our publishers. Making clear and concise decisions / recommendations to our publishers in order to grow revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Responds promptly and accurately to questions from both customers and internal business partners.
    • Partners with manager to develop account strategy, understanding TripleLift capabilities to make smart recommendations
    • Fully capable and an expert on end to end publisher support- Onboarding, optimization, pacing to goal management.
    • Has a strong pulse of their book of business; Proactively work with manager to come up with ways to increase opportunities
    • Works collaboratively with internal teams; Is able to join a KOC and client call independently; Willingness to help and train other members on the team
    • Work with Account Director & Manager to drive successful quarterly business reviews
    Requirements
    • Bachelor Degree
    • 2-3 Years of experience
    • Experience within CTV not required but a big plus
    • Understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem
    • Comfortable while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
    • Experience working with Publishers via CTV, OLV, Native and Display
    • Managing a book of business and ensuring YoY growth where applicable
    • Strong Relationship skill
    • Comfortable presenting in front of an audience

    US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

    Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.

    Salary range transparency

    $95,000-$110,000 USD
