- Generous base salary of $350,000
- Additional earning through production based incentive model

- Illinois - Sterling, less than 2 hours from Chicago, 400K plus, 1:4 call
- North Carolina - Fayetteville, teaching hospital, 25K sign on, Can do OB Hospitalist or clinic based - No primary hospital call
- North Carolina - solo practice with 1:3 call support, all referrals, between Jacksonville and Fayetteville, NC
