Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military
capabilities with advanced products. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the
21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military
systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is driven by Lattice OS, an AI-powered
operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, three-dimensional command
and control center. In a world of increasing strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months,
not years. Founded in 2017 by Silicon Valley visionary Palmer Luckey and Palantir alum Trae Stephens, Anduril
is making serious bets on how to improve the defense industry. The co-founders believed that the
Primes aren't meeting the demands of the world today and there's a tremendous need, more than ever,
to deliver advanced hardware and software capabilities for less money, greater efficiency, and at the
speed of a technology company. Anduril is the leading venture backed firm to impact the defense
industry, and as of 2022 received the second largest funding round behind only SpaceX. They have
signed significant contracts with US and foreign militaries and governments and continue to build an
accomplished and talented workforce to achieve their vision. The Technology – Pioneering solutions for the software-defined conflicts of tomorrow. The next
generation of military technology will depend less on advances in shipbuilding and aircraft design than
on advances in software engineering and computing. Unlike traditional defense contractors who focus
primarily on hardware, Anduril's core system is Lattice OS, an autonomous sensemaking and command
& control platform that serves as the core platform for their suite of capabilities. The Business – Building cutting-edge technology at speed. Anduril is a defense products company.
Unlike most defense companies, Anduril doesn't wait for customers to tell them what they need. They
identify problems, privately fund R&D and sell finished products off the shelf. Ideas are turned into
deployed capabilities in months, not years, saving the government and taxpayers money along the way. The Team – The brightest minds working on modern defense. Anduril's team brings together the
smartest Silicon Valley engineers with Veterans who have been on the front lines and have first-hand
knowledge of the mission. Their engineers are experts in AI, robotics, advanced sensors, secure
networking, aerospace, virtual reality technology, aircraft modeling and simulation. Military veterans are
more than 20% of the team and use their defense experience to ensure products meet the needs of
servicemen and women in the battlefield. The Electronic Warfare Business Line – Building next-gen software-defined, hardware-enabled
systems. This group works with mission partners and operators to deploy RF/EW capabilities across
the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Force Protection products include Autonomous
Aerial Defense; Detect, Identify, and Track; and Respond and Defeat capabilities and are an integral
part of the broader Anduril platform.
