About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our team in a dynamic acute care hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in radiology, with a preference for experience in trauma level I facilities.
The position requires proficiency in various radiological procedures and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Shift Information

Flexible with floating between like units as needed
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role
Certifications Required:
ARRT R
BLS
CA License
Fluoroscopy Permit
Charting System:
Experience with Epic is required
Community Hospital Experience:
Required
Trauma Level I Experience:
Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Perform various X-ray procedures including but not limited to:
Barium Swallow/Esophagus
Contrast Enema
Upper GI series
Fluoroscopy Studies
Administer contrast media as required
Starting Peripheral IVs (preferred)
Operating C-Arm for surgical procedures
Patient care for diverse age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
Work Environment
The position is in an acute care hospital with a total of 150 staffed beds, providing a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
You will be expected to float between similar units to meet patient care needs.Parking
Free parking is available, with special parking assignments given during orientation.
