The Controller owns the day-to-day financial operations of the company and ensures accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial reporting.Responsibilities
- Financial Close & Accounting OperationsOwn and manage the monthly close process under accrual accounting with a 15-day targetLead the transition from cash to accrual accounting, including process design and trainingReview balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activity for accuracy and completenessBuild, document,
& maintain automated monthly journal entriesEnsure accounting policies
& procedures are consistently followed
