Will support and apply our Quality Policy, as applicable, to all areas of influence.
Specifically, will seek to understand, define and exceed the reasonable requirements and expectations of external and internal customers through a process of continuous improvement that is appropriate and applicable to all aspects of our business.
Areas of influence include overall quality of INNOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS GROUP plant processes and products and meeting of established goals.Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day performance of tasks as assigned by Supervision.
Responsible for operation of any equipment trained to operate as directed by Supervision.
Responsible for adhering to INNOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS GROUP safety policies and procedures.
Responsible for making efficient use of available resources, (i.e., own labor time, equipment)Responsible for identification of continuous improvement opportunities and bringing any opportunities to attention of Supervision.
Responsible for routine maintenance of equipment and building in INNOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS GROUP production areas as directed by Supervision.Responsible for other duties as assigned by Supervision.
Maintain effective relationships with other employees, other departments and customers/vendors as appropriate.
Effective, timely completion of INNOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS GROUP tasks as directed by Supervision.
Notify Supervision of any unsafe conditions or equipment, including equipment needing maintenance.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Plans machining processes by studying job orders, engineering drawings, and materials.
Produce machined parts by entering parameters and loading material into fixtures.
Maintains specifications by observing and monitoring machining operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; replacing worn tools and fixturesAdhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions.
Participate in training and meetings as directed by Supervision.
Provide effective feedback and follow up to any production related ISO procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVEExperience operating metal cutting machinery, including CNC machine centers and metal cutting saws.
Ability to use various Hand and Pneumatic tools.
Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written (English).Able to use good judgment.
Detail oriented.
Ability to effectively prioritize.
Excellent Attendance.
Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Pay Range:
$ $21.81 per hour
