Duration: 7 Months Contract
Deployment Schedule:
12 weeks (approximately 3 months) of deployment during the weeks of:3/30, 4/27, 5/11, 6/1, 6/15, 6/29, 9/7, 9/21, 10/12, 10/26, and 11/9
100% commitment to the deployment schedule is required.
Travel Sunday; on-site Monday morning; return Friday (may vary per site requirements).
Compensation is provided only during deployment weeks.
Gaps between deployments are not compensated.
Candidates may support other projects during off weeks if available and interested.
Position Overview
Travel may include the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas.
Candidates must have no travel restrictions.
Assigned to a team and travel per team assignment.
client will book travel and accommodation.
Hotel costs covered by client.
Other travel costs reimbursed by client Travel Policy.
If flying, bill flight time plus 1 hour.
If driving personal vehicle, pay for travel time and mileage (as permitted by client PM).
Work Environment:
Hospital environment.
Daily temperature checks required for site access.
Any COVID symptoms must be reported immediately.
Business Casual attire required (no jeans, tennis shoes, hats, etc.).
Zero tolerance for lateness or leaving early.
May require early start times (some as early as 6:00 am local), possible weekend or night work.
Overtime is eligible.
General Requirements
Experience in a hospital environment is a plus.
Follow instructions from Team Lead and designated chain of command.
Professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
Experience working at high-profile client sites preferred.
Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Fluent in English.
Technical Requirements
Basic knowledge of iPhone operating system.
Knowledge of end-user device deployment.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
High physical endurance (standing, squatting, walking for long hours).
No physical ailments affecting performance (foot, ankle, knee, back, etc.).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compliance & Credentialing
Selected candidates must complete credentialing, including:
Background check
TB test (proof required)
Drug screen
Flu shot (proof required)
COVID vaccine (proof required)
HIPAA and compliance training

The iMobile Deployment Technician will work with the Team Lead on a Facility Tech Refresh Project in a hospital environment.
The technician will deploy iMobile devices (iPhone) at customer sites, including deployment preparation, hardware setup, identifying issues, inventorying legacy devices, and completing additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
