    Description

    JONATHAN BROOKS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and determination. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing base of 2,000 clients while also expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team through the same process. As you excel in this position, you will progress to the role of Agency Director, where you will oversee team training and operations using our established systems. This opportunity offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and effectively delegate when necessary
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented attitude
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
