    General Contractor seeking a Traveling Superintendent for Light Industrial, Distribution Center, Multifamily, and healthcare projects. Long term opportunity/ can start immediately

    Reputable, General Contractor with a steady pipeline on project including but not limited to light industrial, retail, multi-family, healthcare, hospitality and more. Competitive base salary plus $800-$900/month perdiem, $1000/month truck allowance and excellent benefits

    Description

    Traveling Superintendent Duties :

    • Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
    • Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
    • Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
    • Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
    • Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
    • Maintain OSHA requirements
    • Mentor less experienced construction professionals
    • Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
    • Utilize Procore
    • Travel required

    Profile

    Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications:

    • Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience
    • Light industrial, distribution, Multifamily or commercial type projects highly preferred
    • Willing to travel across the U.S.
    • Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
    • Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
    • Ability to create strong relationships with clients

    Job Offer

    Traveling Superintendent package:

    • Travel Package/ Per Diem - $800-$900/month
    • Allowances - $1000/month truck allowance & $100/month Phone allowance
