    Salary: $20-$25/hr

    Location: In office, Tempe, AZ

    Benefits: Full + 401K

    To work with Branches and Loss Prevention Manager on all work injuries, from start to resolution. Criteria: Work with HR Directors to determine the various disciplinary actions for safety related injuries. Track injuries. Complete 300 & 301 logs.

    To work with Employees to ensure that Workers Compensation and FMLA rights are being administered properly Criteria: Send out Employee notifications as required. Track Workers Compensation and FMLA claims.

    To coordinate Employee benefit programs. To send out monthly enrollment packages. Criteria: Respond to Employee and management questions concerning all benefits. Research or delegate to broker when issues of coverage need to be addressed. Participate in the renewal process and the delivery of the message to all Employees. Administer participant enrollment and change requests for all benefits, including 401(k) plan. Have a working knowledge of 401(k) information and requirements.

    To maintain participant rosters for all benefit plans. Criteria: Enter information into the carrier's web site. Prepare monthly calculation of benefit premiums and payment to carriers. Oversee COBRA administration and compliance. Perform monthly, quarterly or yearly tie out of the information in responsible areas to ensure records are accurate.

    To ensure accurate record keeping of personnel and I-9 files. To be the primary backup to Payroll. Criteria:

    To provide timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll for designated regions of the Company. Is able to process payroll utilizing ADP PC/Payroll program, including utilizing the H/R Profile module to manage Employee record and benefits. The process includes creating a process to gather timecards for all Employees, process the payroll, issue the checks and ensure that all deposits and transfers of money occur in a timely fashion
