    About the Role

    We have an exciting opportunity available for a strategic-minded, analytically driven individual looking to work in a fast-growing company. In partnership with our business development, finance, operations, and technology departments, we are seeking a Capital Markets Manager to support strategic initiatives regarding the company's financing needs, capital management, and reporting. Primary responsibilities will include managing the company's existing credit facility, leading the reporting processes to lenders and investors, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance. The ideal candidate will have solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to prioritize, analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve. This role will heavily interact with lenders and investors.

    Responsibilities

    • Credit Facility and Liquidity Management – Manage financing for the business to meet its growth, profitability, and operating objectives
    • Financial Reporting – Own and improve reporting regarding the company's performance and investing activities
    • Lender/Investor Relations – Partner with key stakeholders to support product and channel profitability analysis with the goal to optimize returns
    • Financial Systems – Identify opportunities for automation/innovation and assist in solutions implementation
    • Strategic Initiatives – Act as point of contact on capital markets projects

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or STEM, and 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
    • Experience in the financial services industry, working with asset-backed credit facilities or securitizations
    • Familiarity with credit facility performance and covenant-related reporting
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical software. Experience with SQL and Looker a strong plus.
    • Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate across cross-functional teams, while also being able to work independently
    • An attention to detail, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and deliver results
    • A strong sense of curiosity and a strong desire to learn
