- You are a seasoned Dynamics development leader (8-10 years) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make positive impact within the team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Experience working with Cloud Azure, Power Platforms
- Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies
- Ability to work in a team effectively
- Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure
- Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages like C#
- Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE
- Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
- Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
- Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
- Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful)
- Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Experience in PowerPlatform native components, and Software Delivery.
