Purpose :

Contributing to the growth of Beauty & Personal Care products through capturing the market and shopper trends; thus, design the right growth strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for short-term and mid-term brand/category strategy
Responsible for budget planning and controlling to drive brand growth
Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaign to evaluate brand visibilities and maximize business opportunities.
Ideate and implement brand activities including but not limited marketing material development, advertising, media, event/activations management and promotion etc.

Coordinate with global team, cross functional team, and external suppliers both local & oversea in the development and execution of brand strategic plan.

Monitoring brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign / product launch activities.
Competition analysis & monitoring consumer trends to identify business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:
Any Bachelor or master's degree with relevant experiences
2 years + experience in FMCG industry or Multinational company is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline
Able to work independently and as a team
Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English
