    Extrusion Machine Operator – 2nd Shift


    A leading manufacturer of wire and cable is looking for a dependable, motivated Extrusion Machine Operator to join the 2nd shift team at their Hooksett, NH facility.

    This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone with previous extrusion machine operation experience, but the company is open to candidates with experience operating other machinery, so don't hesitate to apply

    Responsibilities of the Extrusion Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

    Set up and run extrusion line for primary extrusion and jacket extrusion
    Inspect product for quality, ensuring customer and listing requirements are met
    Perform basic troubleshooting when needed
    Maintain a clean and safe work area
    Complete paperwork and reel tags accurately
    Prepare for upcoming jobs to ensure paperwork, tooling, and materials are available
    Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications of the Extrusion Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

    Minimum 2 years of extrusion experience in wire and cable; significant production experience as a machine operator will also be considered
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Ability to read and follow work instructions
    Good hand dexterity
    Must be flexible with work tasks and able to work well independently
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout your shift

    Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $17-$19/hour. We look forward to hearing from you about this Extrusion Machine Operator position
