    Sr. Business Analyst – SAP
    Our global manufacturing client has an exciting career opportunity to join their team as a Sr. Business Analyst with a focused on SAP S/4HANA and ECC. This position will sit in Ohio and offers a hybrid working schedule. Experience with SAP S4HANA is required. Travel is up to 25%


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree is required
    SAP S/4HANA and ECC experience (functional and technical)
    10+ years of experience with the SAP Record-to-Report process (Corporate Accounting, Operations Finance, Segment Finance, Tax, Treasury, Audit)
    Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
    Proficient in end-to-end process design/development and integration with cross-functional areas of SAP (Order-To-Cash, Plan-To-Manufacture, and Procure-To-Pay)
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


    Scope:


    With a global view, lead the organization to the best end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and practices by identifying areas for improvement (business inefficiencies, process governance issues, process gaps, etc.)


    Translate business strategies and requirements into process requirements for determining appropriate solutions, and functional/technical designs.
    Lead process change and integration by provided leadership, discipline, education, and direction for business process improvement.
    Providing guidance and support to finance teams in implementing best practices and standardizing processes.
    Be familiar with manufacturing industry use cases, business processes, vendors, IT landscapes, and architecture associated with Record-to-Report processes.

    Lead the development of business cases to articulate how the value of the improvements and opportunities aligns with business vision, strategy, and desired outcomes.

    Collaborate with the IT Team regarding process improvement initiatives.
    Communicate Record-to-Report process improvement strategy, goals, benefits, and successes.

    Interface with other key processes (Plan-to-Manufacture, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay) colleagues and impacted stakeholders to support cross regional and cross business alignment.

    Facilitate and participate in roadmap development and portfolio management for process improvements.
