    Job DescriptionJob Description:


    The core work for this role involves serving as key technical resource for the area with focus on managing the field ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) systems.

    This includes managing all aspects of our ESP reliability, including coordinating the logistics of pulling and replacing the ESPs by interfacing with the various required vendors, ensuring quality of onsite work by all associated personnel, failure analysis, and improvement efforts.

    This role also helps manage and ensure policy compliance with PSM responsibilities of the field including MOCs, Incident Reporting, P&IDs, procedures, and PHAs.

    Serving as backup to the area superintendent could be required as well.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Actively support the company's safety, environmental, and quality programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvementESP systems management including replacement, failure analysis, and improvementProvide technical support towards resolution of mechanical failures and process upsetsMonitor technical performance of production facilities and resolve issues as they arise.

    Foster strong cooperation between TR, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations personnelServe as a liaison between Brinefield and capital projects team including cost estimates and project execution assistanceEnsure compliance of Arkansas Oil & Gas commission regulationsProvide backup/support to brine well workoversBasic/Required Qualifications:
    B.S. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or applicable discipline5 + years of experience in manufacturing/production facility (Chemical or Oil/Gas Industry desirable)

    Working understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and Oil & Gas regulationsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, including mechanical root cause failure analysisGood time management, organizational skills, problem solving, project management and decision-making skillsExcellent communications skills, both written and oralDesired Qualifications:
