    Milan, Illinois - Full Time


    Productive Resources ( ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Milan, Illinois.

    As a member of our team, the selected candidate will

    plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operate in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process.

    At this level, projects are of limited scope and responsibility; work plans and decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers.

    May assign coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel and contractors.


    This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.


    Duties:
    Engineering support for SAP EWM warehouse in Mattoon, IL.

    Define processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.


    Serve as the resident SAP EWM transactional expert assisting with the training of wage employees and sharing of best practices to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost.


    Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the analysis of information and the specification of the methods and process steps, as well as the plant, machinery, and equipment, required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and process systems.


    Requirements:
    SAP expertise .

    Root cause analysis and corrective action experience .

    Data analytics skills - visualization skills .

    Communication is key, must be a team player and organized. Will work with front line pack/ship people, engineers, pickers, and everything in between.

    Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
