    Responsibilities:

    Growth and learning opportunity available for a medical records/health information representative that wants to further develop their skills and knowledge in healthcare, while making a difference in patient's lives. We invite you to join our Arizona Diagnostic Radiology team. This full-time career opportunity has a Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm schedule, and is located at our Tempe, Arizona location. In this medical office position, you'll get to:

    • Answer phones, kindly talk patients through the steps and answer their questions and concerns.
    • Organize and prioritize requests for medical records, and route medical records appropriately based on patient's time of exam.
    • Copy electronic medical records and images onto CDs.
    • Provide courteous and professional service to attorneys, referring physicians, and patients requesting medical records.
    • May occasionally drive to nearby centers and/or medical offices to deliver or retrieve medical films/CDs.
    • May cross-train and help in other departments as needed.
    • Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Must have one of the following: a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
    Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management.
    Must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record, if duties require driving for the Company.

    Pay Range:
    USD $ USD $19.00 /per hour
