    As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in assisting the project superintendent in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, with a focus on multifamily residential developments, high-rise buildings, and heavy commercial structures. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Assist the project superintendent in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety.

    Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction activities.

    Monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

    Assist in the management of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

    Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement strategies for optimizing project efficiency and profitability.

    Provide support and guidance to field personnel, subcontractors, and other project team members as needed.

    **Qualifications:**

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily residential construction, high-rise construction, or heavy commercial construction.

    Proven track record of assisting in the successful completion of construction projects on time and within budget.

    Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
