    What will your role be?

    The SAP Service Manager role is pivotal in ensuring the excellence and effectiveness of SAP service delivery, aligning with the overall strategic objectives of the organization. They will also functioned as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, cultivating robust relationships with senior executives, and subject matter experts in the realm of SAP services.

    Activities:

    • Responsible for leading the strategic management and delivery of organizational objectives within the Program Office
    • Crafted program goals and developed comprehensive project plans for SAP implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with service-oriented objectives
    • Directed project timelines, overseeing the timely achievement of milestones and deliverables in the context of SAP service delivery
    • Managed service-oriented delivery processes encompassing Portfolio Management, Project Mobilization, resource staffing, and central monitoring of project timelines and budgets
    • Supervised the seamless implementation of SAP modules, configurations, customizations, and integrations, emphasizing service excellence and alignment with program objectives
    • Established effective communication and collaboration throughout the program, providing regular updates on service progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
    • Addressed stakeholder concerns, managed expectations, and facilitated communication between different teams and departments involved in SAP service delivery
    • Managed relationships with IT services partners, ensuring optimal SAP service solution delivery
    • Identified potential service-related risks and issues, developed mitigation strategies, and proactively managed them throughout the SAP service program
    • Resolved conflicts, facilitated problem-solving, and adapted service-oriented program plans as needed in response to changes or unforeseen circumstances
    • Ensured compliance with SAP service best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the program
    • Demonstrated a strong knowledge of service management methodologies, SAP services, and a track record of delivering high-quality SAP services on time and within budget
    • Exhibited excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in the context of SAP service delivery
    • Proven ability to manage multiple service projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and address service-related issues
    • Proficient in risk management, mitigation strategies, and sound financial management specific to SAP service delivery
    • Adapted to changing service requirements, worked well under pressure, and demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Possessed knowledge of ITIL Service Operations concepts, emphasizing their application in the SAP service context

    What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
    • 7+ years project management of hands-on experience in SAP service management, demonstrating a track record of successful program deliveries and service excellence
    • Understanding of SAP and methodologies
    • Exceptional track record of on time on budget on schedule deliveries
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate project teams
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project-related issues
    • Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies
