- 75% emphasis on net new business, prospecting new opportunities, managing relationships, scheduling calls, etc., and 25% emphasis on retention business.
- Analyze market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales.
- Conduct a walk-around with customers and demonstrate automobile features.
- Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- Base = $55K - $65k base salary (depending on experience)
- Variable Commission = approx. $70k
- $1500 per car (48 cars)
- Uncapped commissions
