- Directing the AR/AP processes within the business in coordination with corporate parent
- Financial analysis of multiple business lines and locations
- Support decision-making among senior leadership through detailed margin analysis and ad hoc requests from corporate and private equity sponsors
- Development of annual and monthly budgets and forecasts across multiple service lines
- Coordination between the Company division and its corporate parent on financial reporting and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or an MBA
- CPA background
- 8+ years in strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or related roles
- 4+ years of team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build financial and operational KPI reporting from the ground up
- Experience structuring disorganized financial data
- Experience integrating financials across multiple operating systems, as well as across parent and subsidiary organizations
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience working at a fast-paced private equity-backed portfolio company is a plus
