Job summary

The Decisioning Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery, performance, and ongoing value of Experian's decisioning and software platforms for strategic clients. The role involves partnering with account teams, solution engineers, product, and delivery teams to manage platform performance, client satisfaction,
and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned strategic clients
  • Facilitate completion of client technical questionnaires related to decisioning software
  • Maintain accurate billing information as a second line of defense in partnership with the account team
  • Cultivate relationships across multiple levels of the client organization
