    Description:

    As a Customer Care Representative you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels in a cross functional Contact Center. This person will:

    • Respond to customer's telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions.
    • Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1+ years call center experience
    • Minimum of a High School diploma required

    1st and 2nd Shift
