    LHH is seeking a skilled Estate Administration/Probate Paralegal to join our clients' team in Portland, OR.

    Job Title: Estate Administration/Probate Paralegal
    Employment Type: Direct Hire
    Location: Portland, OR – 2 days WFH (Monday and Friday)
    Billable Hours: Minimum of 1000 hrs./year with bonuses after exceeding 1001 hrs.
    Pay: $75,000 - $100,000
    Hours/Parking: Full-time, flexible hours starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of trust and estate experience, handling trusts, estates, probate, etc.
    • Strong work ethic, diligence, and self-sufficiency.
    • Comfortable with tax returns and capable of working independently.
    • Competent in Trust and Estate law.
    • Strong proficiency in working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial statements.
    • Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
    • Excellent proofreading, written, and oral communication skills.
    Job Duties:
    • Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and documentation for probate and trust matters.
    • Research and assemble information for federal and state estate tax returns.
    • Manage estate and trust distribution process.
    • Special projects as assigned.

    15 attorneys in the firm
    Reports to: Supervising attorney for each project assigned to the paralegal.

    Benefits:

    Interview Process:
    1. Initial panel interview
    2. Follow-up with partners not met during the first interview.
    Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
