    Position Overview

    Customer Service is the heartbeat of Green Bay Packaging. We are seeking an energetic, team orientated individual to join us. Your drive to meet customer needs and support our sales team is essential to a successful career.



    Responsibilities
      Respond to customer calls and emails.
    • Accurately enter orders received from the customer by phone, fax or email.
    • Process and follow through rush orders.
    • Build long term relationships with our customers.
    • Support the sales staff with customer requests.
    • Communicate with the Customer Service Manager on a daily basis.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities.
    • Create cost estimates based on customer's requests.
    • Support other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
    • Obtain supplier estimates and place purchase orders.


    Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload - a well developed sense of urgency.
    • Good math aptitude.
    • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Experience with ERP systems or other customer service tools a plus.
    • May be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and frequently required to sit/stand/walk.

    Division Description

    The Twin Town Division is a full service, BRC certified, corrugated facility. We manufacture corrugated products from 6-color direct printing with UV coating, high graphic displays, retail ready packaging, and any size single or double wall containers.
