- We are currently searching for a Property Manager to join a successful company and team
- Manage the on-site team, maintaining the highest standards of resident service and relations.
- Interview and screen prospective residents/residents for certifications and re-certifications
- Complete residential lease administration using the company's software & forms
- Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.
- Maintain and submit accurate payroll records as required by the company.
- Collect delinquent rents and notify supervisor so they may approve to initiate unlawful detainer actions as appropriate.
- Perform move-in and move-out administration with particular attention to consistent apartment inspections.
- Ensure that maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Background in apartment leasing/property management, restaurants, hotels, airlines, retail, or a similar hospitality and customer service role required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm
- Professional dress and demeanor
- High School Diploma Required. College degree preferred.
- 1+ years of affordable housing/LIHTC/tax credit community experience
- 1+ years of management and supervisor experience
- Ability to empathize with residents and staff, while still enforcing community rules and policies
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Property management software applications (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
- Basic computer skills
