    Job DescriptionPatient Care Assistant/ Job DescriptionUnique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio's largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team Maryhaven was founded on the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in 1953, opening our doors to serve an overlooked segment of our population, women in need of substance abuse recovery services. Under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor, the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will assist in maintaining the therapeutic environment and safety of the inpatient detox unit. The PCA will work in collaboration with both the medical and clinical staff in providing the most effective and supportive treatment to all clients admitted onto the detox unit.

    Patient Care Assistant Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Experience with a 12 Step Program or comparable experience preferred
    • Must be able to lift 15lbs
    • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
    • State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred
