**Job Title:** Cashier

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Scan goods and collect payments from customers.
Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets as required.
Redeem coupons and process other promotions.
Resolve customer complaints, provide relevant information, and guide them through the resolution process.
Greet customers warmly and maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.
Keep accurate records of transactions and ensure data integrity.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to meet their needs.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales environment.
Familiarity with basic PC operations and electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters).
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
Attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
Sales skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education: High school degree is required.
