    This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our Vancouver, WA office Uses skills and knowledge to resolve complex customer relationship management issues that are escalated from all customer segments.

    Receives inquiries from customers from var Customer Service, Professional, Service, Total Rewards, Technology, Retail, Customer
