    Urologist Opportunity – Broad Scope | Rural Community NeedLocation: St. Johnsbury, VT - Burlington 75mSetting: Inpatient, Outpatient, OR, Emergency Consults

    Employment Type:
    Full-TimePosition Overview Join an established urology practice serving a large rural service area with significant unmet need Well-balanced mix of clinic, procedures, OR, and inpatient consults Opportunity appropriate for experienced physicians and new graduates Community-focused practice with strong specialty collaborationClinical Practice Average daily volume of 8–15+ patients 3–8 procedures per week Two dedicated OR days per week Emergency department and inpatient consultations includedProcedures & Services Biopsies Kidney stone procedures Imaging-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures Cancer-related urologic treatments Urodynamics testing Office biopsies and vasectomies Lupron injections Bladder scans Comprehensive general urology servicesCall Schedule Approximately 10 days per month Structured and predictable call modelPractice Environment Collaborative care model with other specialties Dedicated support team including NP, RN, LNAs, and administrative staff Stable, well-established program with reliable staffing Supportive and collegial work environmentCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package CME allowance Student loan repayment and tuition assistance (PSLF eligible) Relocation assistance Generous paid time off 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Complimentary gym membershipQualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Urogynecology experience preferred but not required Commitment to providing comprehensive urologic careCommunity Located in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom Abundant outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing Excellent public and private school options with school choice Vibrant local culture with farms, artisans, breweries, and arts programming Ideal setting for physicians seeking meaningful work-life balance in a close-knit community
