Description

A level 3 trauma center is seeking a general surgeon for locum tenens coverage. They have Medhost EMR. Temps are available. Travel and lodging are covered.

The schedule is 24-hour call only covering both GS and trauma. The should have an active MO license, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS. They will need 8 hours of trauma CME (4 adult and 4 peds). Trauma, Chest tube insertion, and Central line insertion are required. They would prefer someone comfortable with upper and lower endoscopy but not required.
