    Description

    Job Title: Experienced Project Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our team of construction professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for self-performing projects, overseeing field labor, and managing all aspects of a specific project.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain project safety measures at all times.
    • Utilize Procore Project Management software.
    • Order rental equipment and materials as needed.
    • Ensure completion of all project paperwork, permits, and licenses.
    • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to understand project requirements and budgets.
    • Assist in developing the overall project schedule.
    • Purchase subcontractor and supplier packages within project budget constraints.
    • Manage submittal, RFI, and change issue processes during construction.
    • Cordinate work between projects and subcontractors.
    • Lead weekly project meetings.
    • Frequent site visits to ensure project progress.
    • Regularly review estimated budgets versus actual costs.
    • Provide project updates to the executive team on safety, budget, and schedule.
    • Effectively close-out projects and compile operations & maintenance manuals.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Effective Time Management and Organizational Skills.

    Compensation Package:

    • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
    • Annual performance and salary review with bonus potential.
