Maintenance Supervisor

Contract - Long Term Temporary

1. Report findings and make recommendations. Ensure compliance with city, state and federal environmental regulations.
2. Ensure the periodic maintenance of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in offices and apartments.
3. Coordinate and oversee regular exterminator services within the offices and apartments.
4. Perform and oversee painting, light plumbing, electrical and general repairs as required.
5. Arrange for and oversee outside contractors as directed.
6. Maintain contact with building managers and superintendents of apartments. I
7. Inventory, purchase and distribute maintenance supplies.

Experience needed - 2-5 years
