    Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

    Position Summary:

    Monument Consulting is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand and service awareness resulting in increased lead generation. The Marketing Coordinator will guide a multi-channel marketing strategy and be responsible for the success of overall execution. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Vice President of Sales.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy

  • Work with internal and external partners to execute a sales marketing strategy which includes, but is not limited to marketing within:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Industry conferences
  • Website content and SEO optimization
  • Industry assessments
  • Social media
  • Mass email campaigns
    Digital Marketing

  • Creating and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data
  • Content creation
  • Report on performance of campaigns
    Industry Conferences

  • Support all aspects of preparing the Business Development Team for various industry conferences
  • Coordinate booth design, marketing materials, track invites, and offsite events
  • Identify topics, co-presenters, agendas, and content for Monument facilitated presentations and roundtables
  • Track and report on conference related budget expenses
    RFP / RFI's

  • Maintain and refine the process to complete RFPs for qualified opportunities
  • Own and maintain the RFP response database
  • Produce clearly written and concise responses to RFPs/bid solicitations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of responses to RFPs, including creating timeline and project plan for response, delegating responsibilities among contributors, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of inputs from contributors.
  • Consolidate information and input from other contributors to ensure final proposal is complete, accurate and compliant with RFP specifications.
    Internal and External Marketing Documents

  • Refresh, and create net new, marketing documents to showcase Monument's service capabilities to internal partners and external prospects
  • Support marketing document creation for ad-hoc events which include, but are not limited to, industry conferences
  • Marketing documents will include, but are not limited to, 1-pagers, case studies, sales presentations, and joint partner success stories
    SEO Optimization

  • Partner with external vendor to identify keyword opportunities and coordinate the creation of content to drive organic SEO success
    Qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant Marketing experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field, or commensurate training, required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Organization and Time Management skills
  • Detail oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly collaborate
    * This is a hybrid position located in Richmond, VA
