Job summary
This position requires excellent customer service and adherence to a daily delivery schedule between main and satellite locations.Communication with team members is critical due to the sensitive nature of some items.
The employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and upholding Standards of Service and best practices developed by OMG,
Essential duties include adhering to timed delivery schedules determining priority STAT calls maintaining logs picking up times working closely with customers maintaining vehicle cleanliness performing inspections reporting daily submitting reports adhering disaster recovery plans HIPAA regulations standard operating procedures for site excellence verbal written communication skills organizational skills initiative independence minimal direct supervision
Responsibilities
- Adhere to timed STAT delivery schedule determine priority of STAT calls.
- Maintain log of STAT delivery pick-up times.
- Work closely with customers meet their needs.
