DESCRIPTION:

With an incredible benefits package, Knapp is looking for a reliable candidate that is seeking long-term growth. In the role of Resident Maintenance Technician, you'll utilize your industrial Electrical/Mechanical expertise to enhance equipment utilization and efficiency within a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing processes to ensure optimal functionality, exercising sound judgment in teamwork, time management, and service delivery. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics are strongly preferred.

SKILLS WANTED:

Your skills should include mechanical troubleshooting expertise in gear boxes, rollers, and motors, along with proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, encompassing 24v systems and AC/DC knowledge, including the use of volt meters.
