    Position Details:
    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Surg 5WLocation: Mercy Hospital South
    10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128

    Schedule:
    Full-Time | 36 hours/week

    Shift:
    Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

    Sign-On Bonus:
    Up to $2,000 for part-time and full-time caregiversQualificationsEducation:* High school diploma or GED equivalentLicensure:* Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

    • Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
    • Comparable education experience and successful licensure may be consideredExperience:
    • New graduates and experienced LPNs welcomeCertifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)
    • LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
    • Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance
