Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in our Marshfield office.The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers.
Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.

Requirements:
2+ years account management experience in both residential and commercial outdoor maintenance work.
Bachelor degree preferred, will consider Associate degree in horticulture or environmental field.
MLP or MCH certification a plusCurrent pesticide applicator license preferred.
Experience in project assessment and estimates.
Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
Professional client interaction and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and consistent client follow through.
