We're looking for a skilled roofing repair expert who's tired of getting jerked around by contractors who don't pay well, overwork you, or send you driving all over California for jobs.

What You'll Be Doing (And Getting Paid Well For)
Fixing leaks on tile, shingle, and flat roofs like a pro
Sealing flashing, vents, pipe penetrations, and valleys
Handling small wood replacement & waterproofing when needed
Working clean & efficiently (We don't do sloppy, rushed jobs)
Getting paid weekly and actually enjoying your job
What We Need From You
5+ years of real roofing repair experience (not just installations)
Reliable truck & tools (We give a vehicle & phone stipend)
Someone who works clean, fast, and smart
Legal to work in the U.S. – No shortcuts, we do things legit
English or Spanish? Both are great
