- Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and expenditures closely to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety consciousness among all project stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports, providing timely updates and progress reports to clients and senior management as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction department, implementing best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
