- Travel regularly to provide essential training to Operations Team members across the system.
- Educate OPS Service Center teams on best practices to elevate the quality of services and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide temporary support throughout the system for any Service Center management or administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop comprehensive training materials for group sessions to foster skills development.
- Conduct training sessions for selected OPS team members and all new hires to facilitate their professional growth.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across the system.
- Collaborate with other field training team members to coordinate training efforts and ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Proficient in all areas of Service Center operations, including administrative and clerical support functions.
- Must have a college degree or relevant industry experience.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Willingness to travel as required throughout the system.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A true team player with proven team-building and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills, with an eagerness to learn more (such as P&L knowledge).
