    System One has partnered with a company in New Castle, PA to find C Class Electronic Technicians.

    Under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Crew Leader, the C Class Electronic Tech will perform daily duties following established practices set forth in the Operating Procedures Manual and the Manufacturing Instructions Manual.

    What You Will Do:

    Under the instruction of a mentor(s) Provide general electrical and electronic maintenance assistance and support to maintenance team.

    Assist with repairs to PLC control systems, overhead DC crane controls, load cells, calibrating precision equipment, interpreting data trends and logs, and other electronic/electrical equipment.

    Solder components and use tools including multimeters and meggers.
    Read electrical schematics, retrieve parts, and participate in the Preventative Maintenance Program.

    Maintain good housekeeping in the shop.
    Operate mobile equipment as needed.
    Abide by all policies and procedures established by the Company including plant safety regulations and work rules.
    Must be a self-starter, have ability and desire to work with others, and maintain a positive attitude.
    Meet attendance requirements.
    Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

    What You Will Need:


    EDUCATION:
    High School graduate or equivalent G.E.D. and proof of completed trade school training required.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Experience in electrical and electronic systems repair in an industrial setting is preferred but not required. Ability to read, create and revise electrical schematics and wiring diagrams a plus.


    PHYSICAL:

    Must be able to lift to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, withstand extreme temperatures, walk on uneven surfaces and be able to work effectively at heights.


    DRIVING:

    Driving is a function of this position but not a requirement in accordance with the motor vehicle safety program.

    Driver's license will be monitored for valid and active status.


    SCHEDULE:
    Schedule may vary week to week based on workload and may include rotating shifts.


    OTHER:
