Description
The purpose of the Senior Systems Engineer position is resolving escalated service issues, coaching other engineers to resolutions, engineering and implementing complex projects, and for maintaining and overseeing the technical infrastructure for the Credit Union.
With moderate discretion, the primary focus of a Senior Systems Engineer is overall application service availability, performance, monitoring, resiliency, emergency response, release management, and architectural scalability.
The Senior Systems Engineer leverages technical expertise in the area of end user engineering to strengthen the reliability, efficiency, and performance of complex client systems.
The problems encountered require proficiency in technique and will require analysis of a wide variety of data. Finally, the role will require normal courtesy, tact and diplomacy, which involves much personal contact with others.This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week.
