    New Graduate Physician Assistant opportunity with New Jersey Orthopedics Group. PA must demonstrate Orthopedic focus during training (lots of cases and elective rotations). Surgeon is growing Practice and wants a PA that is motivated and has time to dedicate. Incredible way to start your career. Experienced PAs are very welcome.

    About this Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity
    • Surgeon specializes in Primary, Complex, and Revision total Joint Replacement
    • Surgeon does over 300 Total Joint cases annually
    • Multi-physician group but this opportunity is 100% support of one Surgeon
    • 50:50 split of OR time and several offices in central NJ
    • Privileges at several hospitals and ASCs in Freehold.
    • Office hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday
    • EMR is Modernizing Medicine with plans to change to EPIC
    • No Trauma call
    • Shared call is one week (Monday-Monday)
    • Office patient managements is post-op follow ups and joint injections
    Requirements of the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity
    • Completed Physician Assistant Program with emphasis on lots of Orthopedic experience during clinical year or work experience in Surgery and Office Orthopedics
    • NCCPA certified
    • New Jersey Board of Medicine State License'
    • DEA number
    • Ability to keep pace with busy young Surgeon for OR Cases, call schedule, and covering multiple office for patient outpatient follow ups
    • Tech savvy and able to write notes and document as you go

    • Base salary is $110-140,000 annual
    • Bonus based on productivity and huge potential with number of cases this Surgeon is projecting for 2024
    • Weekend shifts available for moonlighting if interested
