Job summary
Manage entire staff hire train evaluate employees and manage inventory and place orders to vendors send out updates to employees and owners on a regular basis create new schedules collect new hire paperwork and be responsible for all employees understanding policies and procedures outlined in new hire paperwork and the employee manual start maintain training checklist for new employees communicate with shift leaders about skills strengths weaknesses that new employees possess train shift leaders assistant managers in their duties establish lines of communication with customers shift leaders all employees write up as needed coming up with plan of action solve problem behaviors giving recommendations termination restock register nightly correct change lead team making sure food is made accurately taken customers timely manner show exemplary knowledge job excellent customer service deal upset customers problems food polite way making customer happy accept deliveries ensuring deliveries complete correct or refunds issued communicate owners about employees strengths weaknesses dependability customer service etc manage break schedule ensuring arriving time take appropriate breaks communicate owners ideas improving efficiency safety recipe ideas etc manage interviews evaluations training memorize training material explain health benefits ingredients food upbeat informative manner have excellent customer service including positive extremely polite informative customers giving accurate wait times assist ring guests answer phone calls take orders over phone have thorough knowledge recipes make all food according proper procedures ensure entire staff following proper procedures recipes continuously thoroughly clean kitchen lobby put away deliveries keep everything organized communicate other staff ensure all orders correctly made timely way carry out food customers show time take breaks appropriate length complete opening closing duties follow sanitation guidelines stock rotate handle specials circumstances practice cost cutting measures pitch work team track quality effectively communicate coworkers managers owners.
