Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience:
• 36 months of Case Management experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Preferred: BSN, MSN, CCMC or ACM, Bilingual.
3 years experience of acute care nursing.
1-2 weekend days/month. No on-call.
Will need to work holidays as they fall on schedule

RTO – Always needs facility approval
2 Supervisor references preferred
No Specific Charting Experience Required
Candidates will float within hospital when needed
Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer
Any Permanent Employee must be gone for at least 6 months
Labs must be completed labs 48-72 hours from signing
BLS must be AHA ONLY . Front and back of certificate if not electronic card.
Maximum days off: 3 days
