This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: Summary:The Kronos Solution Specialist is responsible for working with peers andbusiness units to design, maintain, support and enhance the GLOBE Kronosapplication.
The scope of this support will include understanding userrequirements and ensuring that all business rules are appliedaccurately. It will also include the integration with SAP and otherthird party systems. The position will be responsible for thedevelopment and maintenance of various WIM (workforce integrationmanager) interfaces.When changes to the system are necessary, theposition will be responsible for documenting the requirements andmonitoring the configuration through the entire life cycle.
Provide production, technical and business systems support byutilizing Kronos Workforce Central ProductsConduct business rule analysis by collaborating with business users,and colleagues to design, develop (including functional/technicalspecifications), test, and implement functionality using variousKronos configuration tools
Document all business rules within Kronos modules
Configure Kronos for Time, Accruals, Attendance, Leave andScheduling
Understand and configure interfaces using workforce integrationmanager (WIM)
Ensure appropriate communications, process and documentation areprovided
Provide technical assistance to customers, collaborate withappropriate teams to implement and test system fixes or changes
Analyze system issues and regularly monitors, update and closeservice tickets within appropriate time frame
Technical consultant throughout the life cycle of assignedapplications
Provide knowledge transfer for customers
Create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific featuresand system processes and procedures
Serve as a technical point-of-contact and assists subject matterexperts in testing of system changes, report writing/preparation andsetup/maintenance of the system
Write technical/functional specifications documenting the resolutionand collaborate with appropriate technical teams to implementresolution
Job Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree required.
A minimum of 5 years IT experience in a timekeeping and payroll areaincluding: Kronos, benefits, leave accruals, compensation,recruiting, and analytical reporting.
Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding of common technologies of TFS, SQL, relationaldatabases, networking, web technologies, and data conversiontechniques
Experience working with Microsoft reporting services.
Previous Kronos, or similar time and attendance system experiencerequired
Previous experience with ADP and PeopleSoft HR a plus
Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values andprofessionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at alltimes
Hourly Rate:
59.5-77
