- Consistently supporting complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues as well as an understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Interacting with the team to gather, interpret, analyze, and develop recommended strategies and present information.
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, legal, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Preparing, negotiating and managing complex proposals and contracts.
- Providing guidance to Program, Engineering and Operation teams on government and commercial contracting methods for military equipment while protecting our Intellectual Property rights.
- Cross functional collaboration with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Quality and Export teams.
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
- US Citizen with the ability to successfully obtain a Secret clearance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of, and experience with, FAR and DFAR and export regulations.
- Working knowledge/familiarity with OTAs a plus.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property and policies.
- Ability to negotiate and close on efforts requiring Current Cost or Pricing Data and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA) certification.
- Experience with agreements to support business development, program management and engineering development teams (ex

This role involves interfacing with all levels of management and functions (Program Office, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, etc.) within BAE Systems as well as with our USG Customers and some commercial customers

As a Principal Contracts Administrator, you will work with internal team members and our customers to shape and close business opportunities in concert with internal objectives for the ACES Product Line.
Daily responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:It requires being in the office 2-3 days each week, with the ability to provide remote support the other 2-3 days

Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $159280 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
