    Duties


    • You will assist in the performance of functions such as the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
    • You will perform studies or assist others with full scale studies and provide information about, and interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations.
    • You will research guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and prepare summaries for use by managers.
    • You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the management and control of resources or funds

    Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience applying budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations
    *Experience operating administrative and financial management systems
    *Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems such as development of alternative methods of funding
    *Experience formulating budget estimates for programs in which funding requirements have changed significantly
    GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience assisting with applying budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations
    *Experience assisting with operating administrative and financial management systems
    *Experience assisting with identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems such as development of alternative methods of funding
    *Experience assisting with formulating budget estimates for programs in which funding requirements have changed significantly
